Bachelor Nation got to know and love Daisy Kent on Season 28 of “The Bachelor.”
Since her time on the show, Daisy has been sharing her life on social media, often posting about events, travel adventures, and her experience with hearing loss.
Recently, she answered a bunch of fan questions on her Instagram Story and gave an inside look into her “Bachelor” experience.
One person asked Daisy what her favorite part about being on the show was, and she answered honestly.
She said, “Making the best friendships & also learning so much about myself. You also really get to see when the show starts airing how important the people who are closest to you are, it’s a rollercoaster of emotions with everyone watching you/having opinions.”
Another fan followed up and asked if the Bachelor Nation star recommends going on the show.
Daisy replied, “You have to really know who you are and what you stand for. If you are happy with YOUR life & where you are at I would say yes. It is one of the best/hardest things I’ve ever done, but I’m so thankful I did it. I learned so much. 💗”
This past week, Daisy and multiple of the women from Season 28 reunited to celebrate Rachel Nance’s birthday. One person asked how the get-together was, and Daisy revealed that the reunion’s still ongoing.
She answered, “It was the best time & not over yet! Seeing a few of them tomorrow & they’re meeting my momma 🥰”
Daisy has been very vocal online about her journey with hearing loss, often sharing her experience and advice on how to navigate wearing a cochlear implant.
One fan was curious about how long it took her to hear people clearly and understand words after getting her cochlear implant.
Daisy responded, “4 months to feel confident with words and understand streaming a podcast without watching. Some voices are easier, some are harder.”
We appreciate Daisy’s advice and know that her continuing to be so open about her experiences will help so many others.
