Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas, known for his role as Warren Fox, has revealed that he’s considering expanding his family once more—despite turning 50 this year. The soap star, who is already a proud father to three children, admitted that he hasn’t ruled out the idea of having another baby.
In a recent interview, Lomas shared his thoughts on fatherhood, stating:
“Being a dad is one of the greatest joys of my life. I absolutely love it, and I wouldn’t say no to having another child. Age is just a number, and if I’m in a place where I can give a child a happy and loving home, then why not?”
Lomas, who shares children with ex-partners Kym Marsh and others, has always been vocal about how much he values family. Despite his busy career on Hollyoaks, where his character Warren is constantly entangled in dramatic storylines, Jamie makes sure to prioritize quality time with his kids.
The actor also acknowledged that parenting later in life comes with its challenges but believes he still has plenty of energy to keep up with a little one.
“I know having a child at this stage in life means a different kind of responsibility, but I feel great, I’m active, and I know I’d be able to give my all,” he added.
Fans have been quick to react to Jamie’s revelation, with many praising him for his dedication to fatherhood. Others, however, have debated whether having a baby at 50 is the right choice. Regardless, Jamie seems to have made up his mind that another child isn’t off the table.
