Bachelor Nation Couple Reveals They’ve Secretly Wed

Brayden Bowers Christina Mandrell Married

Acouple from “The Bachelor” franchise secretly got married in December and now they are ready to share the news with the world. Brayden Bowers and Christina Mandrell had a very public engagement after a secretive beginning to their romance. A year after Bowers proposed, the couple quietly tied the knot.

Mandrell and Bowers revealed the news of their marriage by sharing a wedding video with Bachelor Nation on YouTube. The video was posted on January 21, but the wedding took place on December 12, 2024.

In the video, Mandrell and Bowers film as they take their newly-acquired wedding license to a scenic spot to exchange vows with one another. They explained that nobody knew about it, and they picked her 8-year-old daughter Blakely up from school to bring her along.

Unfortunately, Mandrell’s daughter had an upset tummy, so Bowers carried her from the car to the gazebo they’d chosen as their spot to exchange vows. Blakely perked up a little as she took on her flower girl duties and celebrated with the pair after they were officially wed.

The Pair Wanted a Wedding Where They Could Focus on Their Own Little Family

Mandrell and Bowers also joined Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile for the January 21 episode of their “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast to talk about their surprise nuptials.

The couple noted that in addition to being their flower girl, Blakely was also their wedding videographer. Despite not feeling well as they headed to the gazebo, Mandrell said Blakely perked up and was ready to party once the nuptials began.

During the podcast, Bowers and Mandrell shared they initially thought they’d do a more traditional wedding. As they started planning, however, Bowers acknowledged, “It really started to feel like the planning was for everyone else and not really for us.”

The more they thought about their potential plans, the more the couple decided they’d rather do something that was just for the three of them, Blakely included.

The plan came together quickly once Mandrell and Bowers decided what they wanted to do. On the morning of December 12, the couple decided they should get their marriage license and they picked up some items to use at Target. She did her makeup in the car and Mandrell wore a dress she had from a photo shoot.

Bachelor Nation loved the video and the way the couple chose to wed.

“It was so adorable!! I love it congrats you two,” one Instagram user shared.

Another wrote, “Yessss. So happy for you both. Congratulations. Cutest couple ever! 💖💖”
