Frankie Osborne (Isabelle Smith) is the subject of much concern in Hollyoaks after things spiral out of control, with Darren (Ashley Taylor Dawson) and Nancy (Jessica Fox) worried sick about her.
The teen and mate Dillon Ray (Nathaniel Dass) were groomed by Grace Black (Tamara Wall) and Rex Gallagher (Jonny Labey), who are running a child exploitation operation in the village.
Grace manipulated Frankie – who was sexually abused by twin brother JJ (Ryan Mulvey) – into having sex with men in exchange for money, claiming it was her way to take back control.
Despite their reservations, both Frankie and Dillon attend a party at The Loft this week and let’s just say that it ends in a pretty bad way, with gangster Grace desperate to buy their silence.
Next week will see another party in store – this one in aid of Grace’s birthday – with Dillon and Frankie once again forced to attend. At the gathering, Frankie finds herself in danger.
Nancy, meanwhile, is hurting in the wake of her breakup from Darren and thus she drags Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) along to Grace’s party – and she gets the shock of her life when she spots her stepdaughter there.
Just how will she react? And will Frankie be able to keep shtum?
Later in the week, Frankie informs Dillon that she’s met a man with dance connections and, not wanting to get in the way of his mate’s dreams, he agrees to vacate the premises.
However, things take an unsettling turn when a friend of the man Ray’s arrives, with Frankie lashing out and locking herself upstairs.
What happens next remains to be seen but subsequently Frankie reaches breaking point, with the Osbornes worried sick about her.
Can the family – which is more divided than ever – come together to support her? Or will they find themselves remaining apart?
