Chelsea promises Darcy that her feelings for him are real. Paul also apologises to Chelsea for seeming over-invested in her personal life. Once alone, Darcy assures Terese that he’ll still honour their agreement.
Later, Karl is dismayed as Darcy moves his things into their newly-shared office. The new arrangement gets off to a bad start as Gino considers attending the investor information session for Darcy’s health centre. Karl reminds Darcy that it’s inappropriate to solicit residents for funds.
Meanwhile, Nell isn’t her usual self and Terese is shocked when she breaks down, begging to go to the US so she can be with Toadie and Hugo. Later, JJ is shocked to see that Nell has been sketching a drawing which shows her pushing Sebastian near the lake.
Elsewhere, Max is paired up with a woman called Sandra in Andrew’s self-defence class. Holly gets the wrong idea when she mistakenly thinks that Sandra is groping Max, so she lashes out by flipping Sandra onto her back.
