Hollyoaks confirms double exit twist as two fan-favourites flee the village

Hollyoaks spoilers follow for Monday’s (April 21) episode that is now available to view on Channel 4 streaming. The episode in question will air on E4 on at 7pm.
Frankie Osborne (Isabelle Smith) and Dillon Ray (Nathaniel Dass) fled the village after Grace Black (Tamara Wall) promised them a holiday to get them out of dodge.
The teens are the subject of much concern, with Darren (Ashley Taylor Dawson) worried sick about his daughter while Lucas Hay (Oscar Curtis) and Donny Clark (Louis Emerick) fear for Dillon.
Darren did his best to try and get Frankie to open up about her addiction as the two shared a heart-to-heart. Donny, meanwhile, targeted Rex Gallagher (Jonny Labey), knowing he’s the reason Dillon is on drugs in the first place.
The subsequent conversation was overheard by Lucas, who instructed Rex to get Dillon and Frankie off drugs and out of Weirside View by the end of the day or he would tell Ste (Kieron Richardson) what he knows.
Grace, who is largely responsible for Frankie and Dillon’s exploitation, was quick to take control after DI Banks (Drew Cain) ordered her to get the situation sorted.
Knowing Darren was on the cusp of winning his daughter back, Grace invited her and Dillon on a last minute holiday, prompting Frankie to make a run for it, much to the horror of Darren.
She and Dillon got in the car and left the village, with Grace keeping shtum about where exactly she moved them to, branding the teens her and Rex’s ‘ticket to the top’.
Torn between a life of criminality and the one he wants with Ste, Rex has seemingly prioritised the latter, texting Donny to look ‘closer to home’ in respect to who is targeting the teens in the village.

Donny, as viewers know, is currently living with Diane Hutchinson (Alex Fletcher), who is in a relationship with DI Banks. Will Donny put two and two together and solve the mystery of who is running the child exploitation racket?
And will Frankie and Dillon be found before any more harm can come to them?
