Neighbours legend, 47, welcomes her seventh child as she shares sweet snap of new addition
NEIGHBOURS legend Madeleine West has welcomed her seventh child.
Madeleine, 47, best known for playing Dione “Dee” Bliss on the Australian soap, delighted fans as she uploaded a cropped image of her newborn to Instagram on Saturday.

Announcing that her baby had arrived safely and was in perfect health, she wrote: “Earthside at last… and utterly perfect.”
The actress already shares six children – daughters Phoenix, Xascha, Xanthe, and twins Xalia and Margaux, as well as a son, Hendrix – with her former partner, celebrity chef Shannon Bennett.
The pair got together in 2005 before Madeleine split up with the celebrity chef for good in 2018.
Her latest arrival comes just months after she surprised fans with her pregnancy news.
In January, Madeline posted a candid bump photo, writing in her caption: “WHOOPS!
“Thought it was #perimenopause I thought WRONG! It’s not too much Christmas pudding either. And I couldn’t be happier.”
However, she admitted she wasn’t exactly pleased with the title of ‘Geriatric mum’.
“Not too sure about the title ‘Geriatric mum’ but here we are, and I’m winding back a little to grow this little surprise package I’ve dubbed #007 (Baby number 7, couldn’t help myself).
“I don’t have much more to say right now, but I’ve noticed I don’t hear much about older parents. I know you must be out there. Just seems we are invisible.”
