Over the past few months, they have delighted fans with glimpses into their evolving friendship — and now, they’re taking it to the next level with an international adventure.
The duo recently embarked on a conservation trip to Botswana, a destination close to Blake’s heart given his passion for wildlife and environmental preservation. From the moment they boarded the plane, Rachel and Blake kept fans updated every step of the way with hilarious and heartwarming posts.
Rachel poked fun at Blake on her Instagram Story, sharing a photo of him sleeping mid-flight with the caption, “Blake ‘I literally have so much work to do I never sleep on planes’ Moynes.” She later celebrated surviving the grueling 19-hour journey, tagging Johannesburg, South Africa, as their layover spot.
But the travels didn’t stop there. Rachel joked about their hectic schedule, captioning another post, “No sleep. Bus. Club. Another club. Another club. Another club. Plane.” Eventually, they touched down in Maun, Botswana, greeted by stunning views and fresh excitement.
Not everything went smoothly, though. The pair encountered a major hiccup at customs. Blake revealed via Instagram that it was the “longest [he’s] ever waited at a customs agent,” and officials nearly confiscated one of his full bags. His solution? “I just acted really dumb and it all worked out…” he laughed.
Blake also showed off their cozy accommodations, calling it a “cute little nook” perfect for relaxing after long travel days.
