Next week on Hollyoaks, a special episode to mark Mental Health Awareness Week will see struggling Ro reach breaking point. Meanwhile, Frankie and Dillon are in a sticky situation, and Dodger breaks up a fight between Darren and Rex.

1. Ro makes a plan
Tony and Diane want Ro to open up and encourage their son to try counselling sessions. Ro lies to his parents and tells them he is on his way to a support group that he has been attending recently. But Ro actually goes to meet his online friend Nina in person for the first time.
Following Nina’s suggestion that they run away together, Ro is excited to share plans and resources with her. But Nina has changed her mind and instead asks Ro to come to a support group session. Ro declines Nina’s offer, and later rejects Kathleen-Angel when she tries to comfort him.
2. Diane meets Nina
Diane decides to surprise Ro by visiting the support group herself, but her son isn’t there. She meets Nina, who says she was hoping Ro might attend, and group leader Matt invites Diane to stay.
Meanwhile, Ro hides in the flat above The Dog and contemplates suicide. Kathleen-Angel calls Diane to express her concerns, and Diane realises the extent to which Ro has been struggling.

3. Ro reaches out
Diane and Tony desperately search the village to find Ro, but when Diane finds Ro’s bracelet in her pocket, she realises that her son might have been saying goodbye to her. While they rush towards their old family home, Ro decides to call an LGBTQ+ helpline for support.
In the aftermath of these dramatic events, Diane introduces Ro to group leader Matt. He later looks at a message from his bully Arlo. Will this mark a positive new chapter for Ro?
4. Frankie and Dillon cause trouble
In light of his ex’s brain tumour diagnosis, Dillon books Lucas his dream holiday to Egypt. But Rex and Ste are anxious when they discover that Lucas is set to fly abroad later that day with Dillon and Frankie.
Meanwhile, Grace tells Frankie that she has another chance with one of her clients Ray, after the previous incident in the club. Frankie meets up with Ray, but he collapses before anything can happen. Frankie and Dillon are caught red-handed – are they responsible for Ray’s collapse?
5. Freddie looks to the future
Freddie wants to prove his commitment to Mercedes, so Prince helps him to plan a surprise proposal for her. However, things don’t exactly go to plan.
Later, Freddie overhears Nancy receiving some reassuring words, and they hit home. What will he decide to do?
6. The Osbornes are targeted
Following Ray’s collapse, Rex tells Dillon and Frankie to get to safety and disappear for good. Ste agrees, begging Dillon not to take Lucas away with him. But before Frankie can leave the village, a brick is thrown through the Osbornes’ window, leaving Nancy shaken. The situation escalates, with a fire breaking out in the house.
As Darren puts out the flames and Nancy reels, Frankie is able to slip away unnoticed. Grace tells Frankie that she wasn’t responsible for the firebomb, and vows to help her escape. Meanwhile, Dillon leaves a heartbreaking message for Lucas, who is comforted by both Ste and Myra. Have Dillon and Frankie left for good?
7. Diane gets suspicious
DI Banks gets a call from Grace, but he doesn’t realise that the phone has connected to the Bluetooth in his car – where Diane is sitting waiting for him.
She hears too much and is left with questions about what Alistair is involved in. Has he been rumbled?
8. Darren wants revenge
When Darren spots Rex with Dillon, he demands answers about how he is involved with the teens. Things turn physical at the market, and Dodger is forced to step in and break up the violent fight.
Later, Rex confides in Dodger and admits that he is now trying to protect Dillon and Frankie. Will Dodger reveal his own undercover identity?
9. Leela gets advice
It looks as though Leela and Joel’s marriage is over for good, after she found out that he recently slept with his ex Cleo. But Ste notices Leela is struggling and urges her to reach out to Joel to help with baby Noah.
Will Joel step up to help Leela, and is there really no way back for them?
