Darcy feigns concern for Karl and explains to Susan why he kept his addiction a secret. He then breaks the news to Terese, who’s shocked that Karl has been working at Eirini Rising while under the influence of the drugs.
When Karl arrives at work to face the music, Terese is adamant that he has to stand down effective immediately. Karl holds back as he considers his next move, convinced that Darcy is the architect of his downfall.
Meanwhile, Andrew is stunned when Wendy presents the “evidence” of his supposed affair with Sandra. He figures out that Sandra is being catfished by someone who’s using his identity. Wendy doesn’t know what to believe, while Nicolette refuses to back down from her theory.
Nicolette contacts the catfisher, arranging to meet them, which leads to her and Andrew being watched by an unknown figure. Has she put them in danger?
Elsewhere, Jane fears that it’s going to be a challenge convincing Amanda to get tested over her memory issues. She invites Amanda on a trip, hoping that the family time will help to get through to her.
