Next week on Hollyoaks, the village struggles to move on from the catastrophic chain of events that led to a major death. Clare is back from the dead with a big surprise for Grace, Warren returns to the village to try and win back Mercedes, while Sienna sets out to find her granddaughter.

1. Donny takes charge
After the dramatic events of the previous week and the revelation of the teens’ horrific exploitation, many concerned residents demand updates at the police station.
Donny takes the lead after DI Banks’ shocking death, while Nancy desperately searches for answers about what happened.
2. Grace and Clare team up
Grace reels after coming face to face with the elusive Mrs Banks – her sister Clare, who she thought was dead. The estranged siblings have a very dramatic catch up, and it soon becomes clear that Clare’s goal is to get her money back and escape with her family.
As Grace and Clare decide to form a dangerous alliance, what will their next move be?
3. The aftermath continues
While the village begins to move on, some people continue to struggle in the aftermath of the tragic events – with reunions, tears and confessions aplenty. One resident saves himself when he carries out a selfless deed, while it appears that one of Banks’ clients has unfinished business.
Later, a murder investigation gets underway at the police station. One resident regains consciousness in hospital and as his condition improves, he is consumed by anger. Is revenge on someone’s mind?
4. Sienna makes a discovery
Sienna is distraught after finding out that her granddaughter Victoria has been looked after by corrupt cop Alistair. She is heartbroken, and vows to get to the truth and find her child.
After visiting Donny at the station, she feels confident that she will be able to get Victoria back. But she then makes a chilling discovery that could change everything. What does Sienna find?
5. Mercedes gets a shock
Mercedes is concerned about Freddie, who is upset about his brother Robbie’s condition in hospital. When she looks in her partner’s memory box, she finds a mysterious letter addressed to her. Mercedes realises that Warren wrote her a letter during the missing year, but Freddie intercepted it before it could get to her.
She sets out to confront Freddie about her discovery, then later she reunites with her ex Warren on the city walls…
6. Ste receives big news
Ste is still waiting for news on Lucas, who suffered a bleed on the brain during his important operation. He is feeling overwhelmed after discovering that Rex was involved with grooming Dillon and Frankie and deciding to cut all ties with his partner.
While Ste is distracted, he gets an urgent update from Misbah about his son. Has Lucas survived his ordeal?
7. Warren fights for love
Reunited with Mercedes, Warren is devastated to learn about her bowel cancer diagnosis and her health struggles since he saw her last. In an attempt to reignite the spark, he tries to remind her of their history and their relationship.
What will Mercedes decide to do – stay faithful to Freddie or give Warren another chance?
