4 huge Neighbours spoilers reveal emotional amnesia storyline

Neighbours spoilers follow for the episode airing on Wednesday 23 July.
Remi’s amnesia storyline
Life for the Varga-Murphy family could change forever on Neighbours next week, as Remi loses all memories of Cara following a nasty accident.
Cara rushes into protective wife mode after Remi is knocked unconscious in the Lassiters complex, but she’s shockingly rejected when her other half can’t remember the years of happiness they’ve enjoyed together.
“Ramsay Street’s amnesia curse has struck again! Remi and Cara are one of the strongest couples in town, but their relationship lies in tatters after this cruel twist of fate,” our Neighbours source reveals.
In upcoming scenes, Cara goes chasing after evil Gavin Bowman as she has spotted him behaving suspiciously.
Cara follows Gavin into an alleyway but her impulsive move ends in disaster when she accidentally bumps into Remi, who is knocked into the corner of a nearby coffee shop table and loses consciousness.
Later at the hospital, no-nonsense Remi seems to be back to her old self, as she gives Cara a hard time for being too obsessive with her pursuit of Gavin.
Remi also confides privately in Terese Willis, admitting that she’s totally stressed out thanks to Cara’s overzealous behaviour.
During the conversation, Remi experiences a concerning neurological event. She immediately tries to play it down, so the surprising consequences aren’t clear until she next sees her family…
“Remi is warm towards her sons JJ and Dex when they come to visit her, but refuses to give Cara the time of day,” our source reveals. “All becomes clear when she eventually asks who Cara is, admitting that she doesn’t recognise her at all.
“Strangely, Remi remembers JJ, Dex, Taye and even neighbours like Terese. Cara is the only person she has no memory of, which is totally baffling for the entire family…”
With the Varga-Murphys shaken, can they get the answers they need from the doctors at Erinsborough Hospital?
Holly feels alone and vulnerable
Holly Hoyland worries about working in public on the drinks van following the recent revelation that Gavin is a free man again.
Cara promises Holly that regular police patrols will help to keep her safe, so she starts to feel more comfortable… but not for long.
Holly is left alone when Cara is involved in Remi’s accident. Fortunately, Holly’s dad Karl Kennedy soon steps in to keep her company at the van.
As Holly puts on a brave face – and expresses her irritation over Karl being a nuisance in her place of work – she’s soon left on her own again and her dark fears return…
Andrew spies on Holly to keep her safe
Andrew Rodwell closely monitors Holly’s situation, feeling protective over her after their recent bonding.
The policeman worries about Holly when he realises that her boyfriend Max Ramsay is late to meet her after being held up at the garage.
Andrew resorts to keeping an eye on Holly from the bushes to make sure that Gavin doesn’t hassle her.
Holly makes a big decision
Once she’s back at home, Holly points out that her day at work went well. She assures Karl that she’ll be returning to the van as normal tomorrow, as she doesn’t want to change her routine just because of Gavin.
Andrew is kept informed over the situation, but he worries when he finds out that the Erinsborough police force doesn’t have enough resource to repeatedly check on Holly at the van.
Aaron Brennan tells Andrew that Holly will be fine, but Andrew isn’t so sure…
