4 new Neighbours spoilers as cast exits are confirmed
Neighbours spoilers follow from the episode airing on Thursday 31 July.
Saskia’s exit revealed
Neighbours teen Saskia Ramsay waves goodbye to Erinsborough next week after finally being caught out for her bad behaviour.
Saskia’s scheming comes to an end after her boyfriend Dex Varga-Murphy alerts her brother Max to what she’s been up to.
Dex’s discoveries begin when he catches Saskia vengefully trashing the Kennedy family’s back yard after losing her job at Eirini Rising.
He initially hopes to deal with the situation himself, but changes his mind when Saskia later strikes again by trashing Susan’s office at the retirement community.
“Saskia assumes that Dex has kept all of her secrets – even after she confesses that she locked Wendy in the school cupboard a couple of weeks earlier,” our Neighbours insider explains.
“She only realises something is amiss when her mum Yvette returns to tackle her problems. It turns out that Dex told Max, who called their mum for back-up.”
Max and Yvette unite in offering some tough love as they warn Saskia that her twisted games can’t continue.
The family manage to reach a breakthrough, as Saskia comes clean over all of her wrongdoing and apologises to everyone that she’s hurt.
While most people are understanding, Holly Hoyland can’t resist giving Saskia a dressing-down. Max is left unimpressed by her lack of compassion, even though Holly is also going through a tough time.
“Saskia leaves town with her mum, giving Dex a sweet kiss before she goes,” our insider adds.
“It’s bittersweet for Max – while he’s glad to see Saskia turning things around, he’ll miss having his chaotic sister in town with him.”
Byron’s exit is confirmed
Saskia isn’t the only person leaving town, as Byron Stone confirms his own future.
Although Byron has agreed to stick around in Erinsborough for the sake of his struggling mum Jane Harris, it becomes obvious that his heart isn’t truly in it.
Aaron Brennan steps in to give Jane some advice, pointing out that it’s wrong to hold Byron back when he wants to find happiness away from Ramsay Street.
Jane tells Byron to go ahead with his planned trip with Trevor the dog – and she’ll even accompany them on the first leg.
Holly plays for sympathy from Andrew
Gavin Bowman bumps into Holly but is quick to insist that their collision was an accident.
Holly texts Andrew to let him know what happened, hoping to bring out his protective streak again.
In a sly move, Holly exaggerates her feelings of upset in order to manipulate Andrew’s emotions.
Fired-up Andrew physically confronts Bowman, while Holly secretly watches on and loves what she sees…
Susan gives Remi some advice
Cara Varga-Murphy gets upset when her wife Remi wants to move in with the Kennedy family.
Remi has been diagnosed with amnesia and can’t remember Cara. To make matters worse, she doesn’t seem too interested in finding out details about the many years of happiness they’ve shared together.
Remi suggests drawing up a visitation schedule for JJ and Dex, so that she doesn’t have to cross paths with Cara much. She then vows to change her name at work to simply Remi Varga.
Susan Kennedy, who’s been drawing on her own amnesia experience to help Remi, suggests that she should devote a little more time to Cara. Will Remi listen to the advice?
