Hollyoaks confirms Jacob’s future after two dramatic arrests

Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks‘ Frankie Osborne is finally catching a break after being through multiple horrifying ordeals as she’s enjoying a budding romance with newcomer Jacob Omari.
In upcoming scenes, the Channel 4 soap will confirm if Jacob is staying in the village after being involved in the exploitation ring run by Grace Black and DI Banks.
Despite valuing his connection to Frankie, Jacob thinks it’d be best for him to go into hiding to keep safe from Clare Devlin. He confides in Dillon Ray and shares his plan with Frankie, who’s devastated as Grace and Clare continue causing harm.
Luckily, a double arrest allows the two teens to continue seeing each other. When Clare and Grace finally end up behind bars for their crimes, the group of friends celebrate their comeuppance after the horrific grooming they were subjected to.
Following the arrests, Jacob decides to stay in the village — but trouble isn’t over for him and Frankie.
An overprotective Darren is worried about Frankie and voices his concerns about her relationship with Jacob.
After taking advice from Nancy, Darren invites Jacob for dinner at The Hutch so he could keep an eye on him. Once there, Darren can’t help himself and starts grilling Jacob.
Later on, Darren is alarmed when he spots Jacob sneaking out of his house. Is Darren overreacting or does Jacob have something to hide?
“Darren is being your classic overprotective dad – he only wants what’s best for Frankie,” our Hollyoaks source shared.
“After everything Frankie has been through, Darren is desperate to make sure that she has the right people around her – especially he can’t keep watch on her 24/7! Will Jacob ever be able to prove himself?”
