The Bachelor’s Joey Graziadei Reaches Another Exciting Career Milestone After Job Forced Kelsey Anderson Into Long-Distance Relationship

The Bachelor‘s Joey Graziadei has a reason to celebrate yet again when it comes to his current career away from home. His life since getting engaged to Kelsey Anderson at the end of The Bachelor season 28 has been an extremely busy one. The couple became influencers, and Joey competed in and won Dancing With The Stars season 33. After moving to Los Angeles, Joey and Kelsey dove into new careers, with the former joining the DWTS tour. This has forced them to be in a long-distance engagement while dealing with rumors and speculation about the state of their relationship.

Joey took to Instagram to mark a big milestone in his current career as a member of the DWTS tour. He finally made it through the second leg of the tour. “This experience has once again been unbelievable!” he exclaimed. He and the other DWTS contestants and dancers traveled across the country on a bus. As a result, he was able to cross off another item on his “30 Before I Turn 30” bucket list, which was to go on a road trip.

The DWTS tour isn’t actually over yet. It’s continuing on with Stephen Nedoroscik and Chandler Kinney (and sometimes Ilona Maher) in starring roles as they head to Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, Idaho and Washington, among other states. Then Joey will rejoin the tour (and reunite with his DWTS pro dance partner Jenna Johnson) for the final five stops in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Illinois, ending on April 19. Joey ended his Instagram caption by saying he’s “excited to be back on the road for the extension in April.”

Joey & Kelsey Will Get To Spend More Time Together

Since Joey doesn’t appear at every stop of the tour, that has eased the struggles that might normally come with being in a long-distance relationship. There have been times Kelsey has traveled to one of the tour cities. During this break Joey’s got, he’s presumably going to return to his and Kelsey’s Los Angeles home, possibly to plot out the rest of his bucket list items. He’s still got 13 left to cross off, including going to Japan and Disneyland. His birthday is at the end of May, so he’s only got two-and-a-half months to finish all of these goals.

Joey’s current break from the DWTS tour also ensures he’ll get to spend a lot more time with Kelsey after he’s been on the road for a while. Kelsey has kept herself very busy with multiple jobs, including judging the Greasing of the Poles as part of Mardi Gras in New Orleans, Louisiana, and launching her own line of hair accessories. Aside from their busy lives with their respective careers, Joey and Kelsey might also start planning their wedding, though Joey might want to wait until he’s completed his bucket list and finished the rest of the DWTS tour.

Joey has been able to build strong bonds with the celebrities and dancers he worked with throughout Dancing With The Stars and now on the tour. Traveling on a bus, in such tight living quarters, enhances that experience even more. I’m sure Joey will enjoy his break from the tour, though if past is prologue, then the former Bachelor lead will not be complacent or stay sitting at home doing nothing. There’s no doubt he will keep up his busy life with Kelsey, and they’ll spend some much-needed quality time together.
