1. Freddie returns
Grace is shocked to see Freddie return to the village, but he explains that he is back to sell his share of the garage before leaving Hollyoaks for good. His wife says that if he signs it over to her, she will deal with Robbie – even though she is secretly holding him hostage.
Meanwhile, Myra visits Mercedes in prison, and finds out that her daughter’s chemotherapy is working. Maxine also gives Freddie the news and asks for his help now that she has decided to retract her murder confession.
2. Sienna and Cleo face more backlash
Sienna decides to surprise Cleo by booking flights to join her and Peri in Bali. But Peri is annoyed by this and expresses her concerns to Cleo, asking whether her new girlfriend can be trusted.
At the same time, Martha is anxious that Sienna might reveal their dark family secrets, so she asks her to call things off. Will the backlash get between Sienna and Cleo?
3. Grace is under attack
Grace is determined to get her hands on the garage, so she is happy when Freddie turns up to see her. But the situation takes a dark turn when she realises that her husband is armed.
Freddie holds a gun to his wife and tries to coax her into confessing to Abe’s murder. However, Grace realises that Freddie hasn’t thought his plan through. How will this threatening situation unfold?
4. Tony and Marie get engaged
Marie tells Peri that Abe’s body has been released to the morgue, but Peri is clear that they shouldn’t have a memorial, as the trauma that he caused the village is still raw.
With Marie grieving her son, she is pleased to be supported by Tony. They grow even closer as a couple, and Tony surprises Marie by suggesting they get engaged.
5. Our Dementia Choir guest stars
Liberty and Martha share a bonding moment while watching Our Dementia Choir perform in Casa McQueen. The celebrated group, which was founded in 2019 by Vicky McClure, features in uplifting scenes next week, and provides a lifeline for Martha, who is living with Alzheimer’s disease.
Liberty encourages Martha to join the group, to give her a supportive community.
6. Sienna collapses
There is tragedy for Sienna when she suddenly collapses and is unable to get up. Joel hears her shouting for help and comes to her aid, and Liberty and Martha are shocked to find her being taken to hospital on a stretcher.
Jez and Martha are worried about Sienna as they arrive at the hospital but are pleased to see that she is walking again and has been discharged. However, Sienna admits to them that she is now scared about the future. What is wrong with Sienna?
7. Lucas is concerned
Dillon has been drawn further into Grace and Rex’s exploitation operation, after Grace manipulated him and Frankie into believing they should continue this lavish – and dangerous – lifestyle.
Lucas is worried about the welfare of his ex, but Rex manages to deter him. Has Rex quietened Lucas’ concerns?
8. Arlo makes a threat
Diane is stunned to find out about Tony and Marie’s engagement, but she is more concerned about Ro, who receives a nasty text.
As the family gathers to celebrate, Arlo threatens serious consequences if Ro tells anyone about the messages. Ro is intimidated, so tells his mum that his chat with Arlo has made him feel better.
9. Freddie hatches a plan
After her showdown with Freddie and having acquired the other half of the garage, Grace celebrates with Rex – believing she has seen the last of Freddie. But later, Freddie secretly meets up with his daughter Lexi and asks for her help.
Lexi suffers a dizzy spell at home and Grace is concerned, so she takes her to hospital. But this is a ploy to leave the flat empty, and with the coast clear, Freddie sneaks in. What will he find?
10. Diane reaches out
Diane has a heartfelt conversation with Tony and when they are interrupted by Marie, she says that she wishes them both the best for the future. The next day, Tony and Marie plan their engagement party for that evening, while Diane’s mind is elsewhere.
Ro is scared about what his mum might do, so he decides to join her at the engagement party. Diane confronts Tony and pleads with him to see the truth. What has she discovered?
