Hollyoaks unveils full new storyline: Heartbreaking departure and betrayal in a final attack

Next week on Hollyoaks, Clare comes to Grace’s rescue after she is arrested, Grace makes a risky decision, and Dillon continues to struggle. Plus, the village is shocked about Freddie’s supposed death.

1. Freddie’s exit stuns the village
In this week’s episodes, Warren returned to the village in a final attempt to win back Mercedes – but she chose to stay with her current partner Freddie. After Freddie got Warren arrested, he took revenge and forced the Roscoe brother to pen a fake suicide note.
While viewers know that Freddie is safe and well, having secretly exited the village, the community are left worried about his welfare in next week’s scenes. His tragic letter leads to heartbreak and unanswered questions, but will anyone realise that all is not as it seems?
2. Liberty is heartbroken
Sienna and Dodger recently found a USB stick with recordings of fake therapist Tommy’s sessions with their granddaughter Victoria and vowed to find her. Next week, Jez and Liberty catch Sienna watching one of the videos and demand to know what’s going on.
Dodger is forced to explain the truth, which involves breaking the news to Liberty about her cousin Dennis’ death. Liberty is devastated by this, and Jez offers his support to her.

3. Grace is arrested
Following Frankie’s accidental admission at the station, Grace is arrested – while the village also finds out that Dodger has been working as an undercover police officer. Grace denies all involvement in the exploitation operation, and she is quickly released as there is no evidence to charge her yet.
However, before Grace leaves, Donny gives her some big news that leaves her shaken…
4. Clare fights back
Grace returns to the village from the station in a distressed state, and she faces the wrath of the community, who throw insults at her.
Furious Nancy lunges at her, but Clare makes a shock arrival and comes to her sister’s defence. Mercedes resumes an old rivalry and issues Clare with a chilling warning.
5. Robbie makes a decision
Robbie is still recovering in hospital, and it isn’t known whether he finds out about his brother’s supposed death.
But he finally feels ready to speak to the police about his ordeal so he calls Donny for a chat. What will he reveal about the months he was held captive?
6. Grace betrays Clare
Grace decides to start righting some wrongs and hands Victoria over to the Blakes, confident that they will give the girl a better life. But as she later shares a vulnerable moment with her sister, she is scared of Clare discovering her betrayal.
It seems that her secret is safe for now, as Clare accuses Sienna and Dodger of abducting Tori. Grace suggests to Clare that they reopen The Loft together to get her missing money back. But for how long will Grace stay on her sister’s good side?
7. Jez is under threat
While Sienna helps Victoria settle into her new home, Jez steals the hard drive to stop his family viewing its contents. But Liberty spots him doing this and grows suspicious. She crashes Jez and John Paul’s cake testing for their wedding and demands answers.
As John Paul questions whether Jez really wants to get married, Liberty discovers Jez’s book of murders while searching through his things. Has he just been rumbled?
8. Ste and Dillon clash
Ste struggles with his emotions as the doctors prepare to bring Lucas out of his coma. Tony picks up on Ste’s erratic behaviour at work, and he eventually admits that he is scared about supporting his son as he recovers from his huge surgery.
Dillon later visits Lucas in hospital but Ste quickly escorts him out, insisting that Lucas needs calm. The teen faces his own struggle with withdrawals, and he later sneaks into the market to steal Liberty’s cash pot. Will he be caught?
